S.A.F.
Dead Area Paranoia
SAF (Skulls and Flames) is a completely hillarious tribute to mid-80's skater-core crossover bands like EXCEL, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES, etc. and have some of the funniest lyrics I've read in a while and even include a song I can only take as a tribute to the mighty MUNICIPAL WASTE. Not only do they have a good sense of humor, a good sense of DIY community spirit and politics come through in their message as well. Recommended for slightly less gloom-filled listening experience.

SACRILEGE
It's Time To Face The Reaper. The Demos 84-86
Sacrilege emerged from the UK hardcore scene in the mid 80's. Featuring ex members of Warwound and Varukers, Sacrilege took the UK hardcore sounds of the day (Discharge, Varukers, Icons of Filth, Antisect) and mixed in a combination of powerful thrash and metal. The resulting mix was a high energy metal/hardcore hybrid which quickly stood apart from many of the other bands mixing punk and metal at the time. Sacrilege had the killer combination of epic metal songwriting with Tam's scorching female vocals and the power, passion and intensity of hardcore punk. This double LP compiles all four of the bands demos. The early demos lean much more towards hardcore punk, while the later demos show the metal influence coming in stronger. While a lot of bands who mixed punk with metal didn't have the songwriting ability or talent to write memorable metal songs, Sacrilege were equally adept at playing fierce thrash and heavy, driving metal. This double LP was released with full co operation of the band, remastered for vinyl, with a fold out poster sleeve featuring original artwork from the 80's and photos and flyers rarely, or never before published.

SANGUIS IMPEREM
In Glory We March Towards Our Doom
SANGUIS IMPEREM, one of the underground's most violent upstarts, releases their highly anticipated debut album. Aptly titled, In Glory We March Towards Our Doom sees the Californian quartet moving from their war metaled beginnings toward a more morbid maturity, patiently plying their violence with greater focus and fiercer results. Dynamic yet breathing the breath of doom, barbaric blackness with astounding songwriting, SANGUIS IMPEREM force the listener on an endless deathmarch - who will be left to survey the carnage?

SATANIC BLOODSPRAYING
At The Mercy Of Satan
Little is known about SATANIC BLOODSPRAYING and their "At the Mercy of Satan" debut. It could’ve been recorded in during the '90s, or it could’ve been recorded nine minutes ago. The only info known is that the band hails from Bolivia, and their album is a pulsating furnace of virulent violence. Worshipping at the altar of classic Impaled Nazarene, SATANIC BLOOSPRAYING create a ritualistic whirlwind as hellish and humid as their South American stomping ground: within, the listener is merely "At the Mercy of Satan"!

SCATHA
After The Dust Settles
Born in Scotland in 1995 from the ashes of Disaffect and Sedition, Scatha established themselves as one of the most important names in the 90's crust scene. Carrying on a deep concept rooted in the celtic culture, their songs still remain a breath of fresh air, complex, slower, sometimes with a metallic pace, leading crust to an original and still unreached by others level. This double Lp features in their entirety "Respect, Protect, Reconnect" '96 Lp, "Fuck the system" '97 Ep, "Birth, life and death" '98 Lp and tracks from the split Ep with Dagda. Comes with thick booklet with lyrics. Already out on Cd on MCR Company/Japan, now you have the chance to get those masterpieces in the original vinyl format

SCREECHING WEASEL
Anthem For A New Tomorrow
Anthem for a New Tomorrow is the fifth studio album by the American punk rock band Screeching Weasel. It was released in 1993 through Lookout! Records. There's an obvious maturity present in the songs, and they all flow together extremely well. Even though S.W. have always been considered a pop punk band, the album has been described by the band as a concept album, dealing with issues of alienation, paranoia, and isolation in modern society. In the liner notes of the Asian Man released version of the album, Weasel and Vapid both say the sound of the album was heavily influenced by Wire's Pink Flag. Weasel has said that he wanted the album to sound "like a panic attack." The artwork mirrors this and helps set the mood of the record as soon as the listener sees the jacket. The concept is filtered through Weasel's usual sarcasm and humour, and the result is an album considered by most fans and band members to be the peak of their efforts.

SEVERED HEAD OF STATE
Power Hazard EP
Severed Head of State return with nine punishing new tracks. Hard driving riffs and angry vocals give this release a real fist pumping intensity. A lot of the songs are more mid tempo in the tradition of mid period Poison Idea and other hardcore punk bands that took some cues from Motorhead. Severed Head of State have been going for ten years now, but are a band with no geographic center and with all members playing in other bands. Guitarist Todd Burdette (Tragdy, His Hero Is Gone, Warcry) delivers some really searing guitar riffs on this LP and the guitar tone is perfect for the style, biting and corrosive like battery acid. Jack Control (World Burns to Death) has always impressed me with his raw and angry vocals and well thought out lyrics. A lot of bands write about the horror of war and man's inhumanity to man just because it's what fits the music. When I read Jack's lyrics I see that he's looking beyond the black and white pictures of war victims in the history books. The atrocities are not the result of one criminal act, but of the recurring process of unrestrained power and authority run amok. The bleak lryics and their focus on oppression and atrocity are a searing reminder that there is much to be done and things will probably get worse before they get any better. I've always though bassist Kelly Halliburton (Masskontroll, Defiance, Clusterbombunit, Resist) had some of the best style in hardcore dropping in some of his crucial Discharoge style "walking" bass fills. Drummer Chris Pfeffer (Signal Lost, Storm the Tower, Scorched Earth Policy) holds it all together with some sick and precise beats.

Sickoids follow up their debut LP with six new tracks of complex, pummeling hardcore. While their previous record incorporated varying moods and even a little melody, No Home is a blistering, full-frontal assault combining the directness of early Poison Idea with dense, confident musicianship rarely heard in a hardcore band. Between their great first record and their powerful live shows Sickoids have set the bar pretty high, but No Home exceeds all expectations, cementing their status as one of the most exciting and vital hardcore punk bands in the world.

SKITSYSTEM
Gra Varld / Svarta Tankar
Recorded in 1999 and originally released in Sweden on Distortion, this is the first Skitsystem LP. (although they had released a 10" previously) Skitsystem took the world of hardcore and metal by storm in the late 90's by honing the swedish d-beat crust-core sound. They unleashed a punishingly brutal mix of 80's Swedish hardcore like Anti Cimex, Crudity, Crude SS and Avskum with the dark sounds of Swedish Death Metal. The music and lyrics combine to form a bleak, rage fueled view of the "gray world, black thoughts." Skitsystem has the drive and power of D-beat raw punk charging forward with just enough of the melody of Swedish metal in their two guitar assault to keep things from running into a wall of noise. This release was licensed from Distortion records and the vinyl on Distortion is long out of print.

The essential early recordings from 1995-1998 are here, the Profithysteri 7", split 7" with Wolfpack and the Ondskans Askinte 10". These are the most raw and brutal Skitsystem recordings in the classic 80's Swedish hardcore tradition of Anti Cimex, Crude SS, Asocial and Avskum with just a hint of black/death metal influence. The poster insert of this release has a well written history of the band and discography.

SKITSYSTEM
Stigmata
Third LP. Dark and menacing Swedish crust core from the masters. First recordings to feature Micke (of Martyrdöd) on second guitar. This LP takes one step deeper into the dark realm that Skitystem has created. Many of the songs are slower than you would expect but with an intense power that grips you from the first listen. For people who accuse bands with multiple full lengths of "recording the same record over and over" this release is a testament to band that can continue to evolve and create while sticking to a pure style. It's hard to pin this band down for sticking to a formula, since they were the pioneers of this style. You will hear much of the same raw eneregy of the early releases in this recording. At the same time, you will hear the band explore a darker and more punishing aural terrain. Swedish Käng with a touch of metal influence, heavy and brutal.

STALAG 13
In Control
What would you get if you stuffed Skateboarding, agressive teens, and Hardcore in a blender? You would end up with Stalag 13′s In Control LP. Stalag 13 was one of the many legendary Nardcore (Oxnard Hardcore) along with bands like Ill Repute, Dr. Know, Agression, RKL, Rat Pack, Habeas Corpus, etc. In Control is one of those records you just can’t get enough of because, in my opinion, every song is great. All 9 songs hit you like a ton of bricks. They (Stalag 13) have lyrics that teens can really relate to like “Conditioned” which is about choosing what to do and what not to do based on people’s ignorant choices in life or “Black Stix/Silver Badge” which is obviously about the long arm of the law. Also, “Black and Gray” is a song about being depressed and wanting to give up on life. definitely worth your while. a repress of a classic.

STALIN, The
Stalinism
One of the most seminal Japanese punk bands ever, Stalin formed in 1980 and blew away all previous attempts at Japanese punk thanks to their frontman Michiro Endo's crazy on-stage perfomances and their unique style. Even though by the release of their first LP "Trash" in 1981 Stalin moved towards a more 'hardcore/punk' direction, which resulted in what's known to be their best work - the classic 'Stop Jap' LP from 1982, Stalin's early singles are one of the best examples of what would be 15 years later defined as 'killed by death' punk rock. Originally released in 1987, the 'Stalinism' LP collected their first flexi 7", the 'Stalinism' EP, the 'Fish Inn' flexi single, along with 'Chicken Farm' their contribution to the legendary international hardcore compilation 'Welcome to 1984', to whom Stalin owe a good portion of their cult status. A great reissue for all Japanese punk fans out there.

STRACONY some of you may know already, as they have one LP out on Tribal War/Malarie few years back. Two years after their sought after (and promptly sold out) split 10", both beasts team up together again for a unique collaboration in order to celebrate and support their head-lining US tour in October 2010. These recordings are brand new (summer 2010), not to be mistaken with the 10"s ones. This is not your usual split record where each band fills up one side of the record. This collaboration merges both bands into one only entity for +20 minutes. In Unearthly Trance’s Ryan words: each side of this record features the other band’s vocalist along with some contributing noise from the other band. The whole recording project was spawned out of the loose concept of the mysterious lore of the black operation knows as MK ULTRA and the artwork reflects that.

THANTIFAXATH
S/T
EXCLUSIVE EUROPE DISTRIBUTION!! 4 tracks of masterfully executed black metal pressed on to 160 gram 12" vinyl for maximum enjoyment and sound quality.
Although Thantifaxath have emerged only recently, they have quickly proven themselves as masters of their craft, honing and distilling the sounds of life-pain into these four perfect tracks, their recorded debut proving without a doubt that they stand a cloaked head above most black metal being made today, on any continent.
Thantifaxath will satisfy ones cravings for orthodox sounds while simultaneously forging ahead into new territory, one that is wholly their own; the riffing is twisted and dissonant, but still engaging and listenable, and although the presence of their influences is felt, and despite this being the bands first release, they have managed to define and perfect their unique sound beyond a doubt.

THAWED OUT
S/T

4 song 2012 unreleased session on A side, 2011 demo tape on B side. This band from Birmingham, UK is in league with Pollution, Total Abuse, Void.Review by Slays for days blog in Australia : "Featuring members of Host (who we've featured before) and another UK band named No Reality, Thawed Out play a crusty and fucked up style of noisy hardcore similar to Cult Ritual or Total Abuse. The demo embraces its lo-fi sensibilities, which in turn works hand in hand with the band's downer punk style. A total of 5 songs, all of which are glazed with feedback and mid-tempo riffs. Lead breaks poke around on the demo, and are as you would expect - unpredictable and eccentric. Still, as ugly as this tries to be, it has an undeniable charm to it, one which will keep you coming back. This is for fans of the noisy hardcore making appearances lately, or simply old fuckheads who haven't given up on their United Mutation records."

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL / S.A.T.A.N.
Split
2 Polish bands enetered recording studios for the 2nd time and decided to put the result of those sessions on one split LP. Good idea, as both bands can be placed on simmilar shelf - angry, fast, full of fury punk mixing fast hardcore with powerviolence and grindcore. You can say they are inspired by Artimus Pyle, Iron Lung, Dystopia, Orchid, Discordance Axis among many others. The Bold and The Beautiful from Lublin (with people from Amen, Antichrist, Knife in the leg, Silence and more) goses more into 80's hardcore direction, but with full speed. S.A.T.A.N. (with guys from Romeo Must Die and H-407) go more into grind direction. Brutal record.

THE TOYOTAS
...Make Headlines
Germany's THE TOYOTAS surely will make every garage punk gazette's front page with this wild and shredding platter. Head honcho of the 3-pack is DEAN DIRG's guitar swinger Claus-Daniel, who also provides all 12 songs with his ratty voice.
The "White Side" blasts out the fast and short tracks "Cars are not cool", "Get snotty with you" and "No one likes me messin' around", all well equipped with Daniel's typical chop chop guitar and sounding like a mix between punkier DEAN DIRG and THE INFECTIONS. "Got no car" and "Talk on the telephone", both underlayed with a spooky organ, could be rough demo takes of lost MANIKINS "Epileptic" songs, while supertune "Teenage nightmare" adds a good shovel of groovy 77-Punk to the whole thing.
The 6 songs on the "Black Side" were recorded in other session and are way more dirty and pushing. Again, "TV injection", "Lost in the city", "Pigswill U.K.", "Big mouth of the neighborhood" and "Obsolete machine" overhaul each other in a mud-splashing DEAN DIRG vs. MANIKINS staccato race. Hell, they all seem to have mixed up their fuel with some extra-catchy secret additive. And to demonstrate their love for good ol' English. Punk, the band finally throws in the slightly slower "Dead Joe Blogg", where the squeaking nasal voice reaches the top.
A short and hectic snot attack full of rough catchiness and a good sense of cool songs.

The Vile is a new audio assault which consists of Rat (Varukers / Discharge) on vocals Tezz (ex Discharge / Broken Bones) on guitar along with Ben (ex Disorder) and Sean (Braindance) on Bass. TRAGEDY
Nerve Damage
Portland’s Tragedy is the way to go if you’re looking for hardcore that’s simultaneously traditional, eerie, classical-leaning, and progressive. They’ve got that atmosphere-filling sweep of From Ashes Rise, that raspy, immediate barb of Seein’ Red, where you know they’re not fucking around, and, I suspect, that if someone in the band wasn’t trained on a classical instrument, someone in their families was. It’s just too bomb-like precise and textured to merely stumble into such layered songwriting. Throw a bit of Lemmy into the bottom of the smoking bomb crater, and you’ve got a band that’s definitely in the top five percent of hardcore being created right now, in league with Fucked Up. That said, this 3rd LP’s beautiful: gatefold, silver-leaf, all DIY, done by the band, and it sounds absolutely great. Remember when people were all rightfully jacked up on Crudos in the ‘90s? Same’s happening to Tragedy right now, and it couldn’t happen to a more deserving band.

One sided 12" silkscreened on the backside. The ultra-rare Upset Noise Demo 1984, even the band members thought that the masters were lost... but WE FOUND THEM! This was recorded between their Split 7" with WARFARE? and their classic "Disperazione nevrotica" 7" but the songs here are much much faster, sounding like the Italian answer to early D.R.I.!! 8 songs of unrelenting FAST Italian Hardcore from the highly missed furious years and this line-up was starring Fabrizio Fiegl of NEGAZIONE on drums, a guarantee of intensity and rage! Audio restored and remastered with extreme care, one song ("ribellione controllata") that was totally unknown and unreleased, an insert with lyrics and rare photos provided by Stiv Valli of T.V.O.R... in few words, a lost & found jewel of early '80s Italian HC!

URBAN WASTE
S/T
This reissue of Urban Waste's 1982 EP is eight-tracks of clamorous and cathartic noise-punk that in each song reaches the heights of Circle Jerks' "Live Fast, Die Young". While this has the same loose and dramatic appeal of other West Coast seminal punk acts as Germs and Weirdos, this is an early downtown NYC band. The hard-edged music leans toward hardcore, but is much too spastic and trebly to be pigeonholed into that genre. This is a re-issue of the sole EP by one of the most sought after and enigmatic bands from the earliest days of New York hardcore. Despite the obscurity of the original release, Urban Waste was made famous through their signature style of blown-out, over the top hardcore punk replete with trademark menacing buzzsaw guitars and piercing vocals. Roger of Agnostic Front has said of them; "Urban Waste is the band that got me into hardcore."

This classy compilation of newer Finnish hardcore is particularly notable for its large format and glossy text, which includes a consice history of early Finnish HC, as well as critical analysis of certain major bands and their defining styles. Whikle it all makes for a fascinating read, the selection of recordings is quite strong: AIVOTTOMAT delivers a sharp mix, recalling TERVEET KÄDET's scorching vocals, while NOITUUS offers unbelievably trashing HC with the most minimal of live production values. Between these extremes, SOTATILA's rockin' approach and the distinctive humor of URBAN UNREST leave the strongest impression. Recommended! Maximum Rock'n'roll #314 - july 2009

Live In Leeds 1984
Released in 1999 on Kickback Records in just a handful of copies without a proper distribution, this is the Varukers recorded live at the Bierkeller at the peak of their career. "Die For Your Government", "Neglected", "Protest To Survive" and all the classics from their early 80's discography included. This is pure Brit-Punk Mayhem!

VARUKERS
One Struggle One Fight
Dating from 1984 and originally on the Liberate label, this was The Varukers' second studio album, now available on vinyl again for the first time. This is where the band got the most aggressive in their music, with more metallic riffs and thrashy inserts, though not too different from the out-of-control hardcore fury of their early years, and keeping their political message loud and clear: "Human Freedom, Animal Rights, It's One Struggle, It's One Fight." Pure Brit hardcore punk mayhem!

VICIOUS IRENE
Distorted State Of Mind
10 years after their first full lenght "Pink Pollution" (which was followed by 4 further CDs & EPs), VICIOUS IRENE from Gothenburg, Sweden, are back with a brand new album! Within all these years of playing and writing songs together, VICIOUS IRENE have managed to create a style of individual Hardcore punk that melts together elements of classic Scandi D-Beat, Jap-Core and nineties Grunge/Punk, forming a stomping and massive beast of Grrrl Punk (all members are female). 10 new tracks that give you an imagination of DISCHARGE meeting up with L7 or BIKINI KILL to discuss gender, feminism and authoritarian politics over a tea or booze bootle (you decide) not forgetting irony and humor... - The recording is a screaming steamroller of sheer and raw heavy noise and pounding drums. Comparsions to other bands probably don't judge VICIOUS IRENE in 2012, as they sound as unique and fresh as no other band I can think of at the moment.

VISIONS OF WAR
King Of Swines
Can you hear the sound of an enormous door slamming in the depths of hell? Here's what you'll hear when the needle of your turntable will hit this piece of wax. "King Of Swines" is definitely the best album these longtime crusty fuckers ever released. Killer abrasive guitars sound, relentless rhythm section and Stiv's guttural voice coming straight from the land of sin. 11 brand new bullets and a mighty G.B.H cover that will insanely load your guns. This new shit can be easily compared to early Driller Killer, the best Doom and E.N.T., fuelled by a dose of Hellhammer. Excellent artwork by master Stiv Of War. Gatefold black n gold cover.

After touring throughout the world, Dutch hardcore punk giants Vitamin X return with their first recorded output in 3 years. Finally capturing the manic aggression of their notorious live shows while truely showcasing their songwriting skills and musicianship. Recorded and Engineered at Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago by Steve Albini (Nirvana, Neurosis) it has an enormous sound. The album features lead vocals by Negative Approach's John Brannon on 2 songs and amazing artwork by John Baizley (Baroness, Pig Destroyer). This is a serious hardcore masterpiece.

Returning with their 5th full length album, "About To Crack", Dutch Hardcore Punk veterans VITAMIN X (for the second time under the Agipunk flag) release a brutal onslaught of ferocity for which they are well known for. 14 tracks, 19 minutes, and a whole heck of a lot of fun hardcore punk. Right from the start this album jumps out and punches you in the face with an incredibly riveting punk/thrash crossover shredding that is, and forever will be,VITAMIN X; this is the hardcore stuff that creates a pit right here! Marc, Marko, Alex and Danny prove once again that they are never slowing down. What an awesome collective, right? And I'm not kidding, this thing is a stomping blitzkrieg of punk-metal madness from start to finish. Produced by Steve Albini and recorded at his studio in Chicago. The artwork was masterfully done by John Baizley. U.S. print out on Tankcrimes Records.

VOETSEK
Infernal Command
San Francisco thrashers Voetsek attack with their brand-new full length entitled "Infernal Command." The album consists of 17 fast metallic tracks mixing Bay Area fastcore/power violence (Spazz, Capitalist Casualities) and Bay Area thrash metal (Vio-lence, Death Angel). The sound is more developed and metal sounding while the songs are definitely more thought out compared to previous recordings, but the result is still the same high energy fastcore/thrash.

VOORHEES have once again donned their hockey masks and are ready to have at you with a razor sharp axe. The latest piece of VOORHEES violence is simply titled "13" so what better way to rant about it than list 13 reasons why you need to own it? 1- VOORHEES are to thrash what King Kong is to monkeys. 2- It is called "13" because it has 13 songs "16" 3- VOORHEES' music has been known to cause riots. 4- VOORHEES' music sounds like a riot. 5- "13" is more destructive than your average riot. 6- All your friends will hate it. 7- All your friends will be afraid of you because this music is way too intense for them. 8 - The vocals are violent screams of rage. 9- VOORHEES have been around long enough that they are tight as hell. 10- VOORHEES are just as powerful when they are playing slow as when they are playing fast. 11- Most of the time they are playing fast. 12- The lyrics are more intelligent than you are. 13- This is better than the last album you bought... There you go...

VULTURUM
Vineta
Vulturum is a 3-piece band from the foggy suburbs of Milan. Two drummers, one axe, one throat. Their sound comes from the same psychedelic depths of Boris and Earth combined with heavy tribalistic drumming in the style of Breach or early Neurosis, yet they add a gloomy, melancholy touch which puts them a few steps beyond the standards of the genre. Something like watching an aurora borealis drinking cheap scotch with a hungry wolf sitting by your side. A moment of grace going to end in blood very soon. Heavy 180gr black vinyl, cardboard cover + insert, printed inner sleeves, includes link for free mp3 download.

WARHEAD
Never Give Up
WARHEAD come from the former capital of the Empire, Kyoto, and there's no doubt they're among the top classic hard core bands from the Land of the Rising Sun. Insane Society now releases the most important of their 1991-2004 work on one LP wrapped in a cover by well-known japcore artist Sugi - 22 songs from their out-of-print and hard-to-find 7", split and compillation releases, boasting remastered sound (as heard on a CD previously released by Blood Sucker Records). The first song, "Cry of the Truth", is a solid punch in the face right off and this maelstrom of the most frantic hardcorepunk won't let you go until the needle has come to the last groove of the record. Maniac vocals mixed with massive sung-along refrains, guitars in the red, roaring bass, rabid drumming and cymbals sounding like a whiplash - all this makes for an incredibly loud and energetic mix, supported by lyrics full of defiance and desire to never conform and to never give up!

WARSONG
The Caravan
From the ashes of INSOMNIO and NO ESCAPE comes WARSONG with their second release after their impressive “Ancient times” debut-LP. Five songs: all killer no filler (four original songs plus a Wipers song that hasn’t been covered to death – especially not in Spain). On a good day, this record will make out an instant classic, on a bad day you’ll have to play it twice to discover the depth and richness of this record, but you definitely won’t sell it to anyone else again, because real good records stay forever. If you want to describe the sound of WARSONG, put together a band with a young Clif Hanger (The Freeze) fronting an all star band with the best ingredients from DAG NASTY, ALL, THE WIPERS and the mighty ADOLESCENTS. Your wettest dreams come true, if their subject is pure melodic hardcore-punk in classic 80s style. The more often you play this record the bigger it grows...and it’s damn huge right now.

WILLFUL NEGLECT
Both 12"'s On An Lp
Willful Neglect hailed from the East Side of St. Paul and released a self titled 12" in 1982 and the Justice for No One 12" in 1983. Their style was fast aggressive hardcore with some high energy rock influence thrown in. I'd compare them to White Cross or maybe Verbal Abuse. This re issue compiles both 12"s on one LP under license from the bands own Neglected Records, who also released a CD discography a few years ago. This is a split release between Havoc and Hoehnie records.

WORLD BURNS TO DEATH
Totalitarian Sodomy
"Totalitarian Sodomy" is the second LP by the hardcore crust band WBTD. Their sound became much more solid and brutal than the first lp. Arguably 2009's greatest Grindcore release, Wormrot's 'Abuse' finally escapes the confines of the South East Asian underground and is given it's chance to shine on the world stage with it's release on Earache Records with new 2011 album. Guaranteed to make you think it is the late 1980's all over again Wormrot's insane, ultra fast, old school grindcore follows in the traditional vein of the once great masters Terrorizer, Napalm Death and Brutal Truth yet with an added ferocity that only another two decades of horror could add! WRECK OF OLD '98
S/T
Wreck Of Old '98 were a trio that emerged from the Southampton, UK scene. Though only existing for a short time, they managed to record a clutch of fine songs (fifteen of which are collected here) of somewhat quirky punkrock with incisive lyrics, taking their influences mainly from the Minutemen and the Big Boys, but also the likes of Assfactor 4, End Of The Century Party or Black Flag

WRECK OF THE HESPERUS
Light Rotting Out
The woeful 2nd album, for so long dreaded by many, from the Irish grime-bandits WRECK OF THE HESPERUS. Crawling out from their grim festering underground caverns after 5 years - this new monstrosity shows they have, unsurprisingly, learnt nothing since the pitiful noise of "the sunken threshold" in 2006. "light rotting out" is a regressive degenerate musical abomination of fetid, retarded doom. Dirty dissonance from demented dissidents. Guest vocals from Albert Witchfinder. Limited edition of 500 copies comes with gatefold-cover and printed innersleeves.

Official repress of the classic second 12” released by Chaos Produzioni in 1986. Not as wild as the early stuff, but the spirit remains! XENOMORPH
Empyreal Regimes
Originally released in 1995 on CD only. We have now unearthed one of the most underrated Death Metal albums....maybe I'm just being nostalgic, but this is some quite original and magnificent Death Metal which never got the exposure and attention it deserved. Unfortunatelly, the bands only full length before guitarist and vocalist 'Pappshammer' passed away. During its short lifespan, Xenomorph inflicted their listeners with scars that refused to heal, assaulting the senses with a combination of twisted, technical music and diabolical imagery. Xenomorph's amazing 1995 album, "Empyreal Regimes", was previously only released on CD and has been long out-of-print.
