The quintessential Thisclose record. This little 7″ single is exactly what Thisclose should be. I dig the LP that I released for them, but this EP is better, it’s just perfect.Every song on here is a flawless (later era) Dis-core track, instantly recalling the mid-tempos, mettalic riffing, and songwriting of The Price of Silence, The More I See, Ignorance, etc. Super catchy, rocking hard, powerful as fuck, it’s the perfect half-joke/half-tribute to the later eras of Discharge.I know this band has a (relatively) large discography, of which I am proudly a part, but if you just want one single record to sum up the entire idea, this is the record to get.
