For sure this one of those bands which is getting lots of attention last
few years - and they totally deserve it - catchy, powerful straight forward,
yet melodic hardcore punk. A fresh combination of mid-tempo growling vocals
ala Negative Approach and driving rhythm like Adolescents/Germs. 24 tracks
recorde in 2002-2005 which apperaed on numerous vinyl, mostly 7",
records.

Will Fuse Its Worth
Since
this Savannah, Georgia, quintet first formed in early 2001, worrying about
genre limitations has never been a priority. Taking musical chances, however,
always has been. While Kylesa are as heavy as any band out there, they
are beholden to no one scene, punk, hardcore, metal, stoner rock, crust,
or otherwise. Kylesa ranges far and wide, using their utter disregard
of musical boundaries to bring together avant-garde experimentalism with
the pure fury of dirty, sludgy riffs and raw, impassioned male and female
vocals. There is a relentless intensity to their music, from the ambient
noise interludes that sometimes link songs to the doom-inspired punishment
they are capable of dishing out with dual drop-tuned guitars.

They have been defined as the punk version of Celtic
Frost, they have been covered by Napalm Death, Macabre, Warhammer and more.
Chuck Schuldiner of Death has played with them for a while... they are for
sure the kind of metalpunk forerunners and a sure influence on the
development of death metal with their 1987 "Strappado" album. We
are honored to repress their rarest stuff. "Bloody Karnage" is the
1984 demo, their first official output ever for the first time officially on
vinyl. "Nocturnal hell" is a 7" EP pressed in 1986 in 1000
copies and never officially re-released, here it comes directly from the
vinyl keeping the original raw sound and mixing (different from the one heard
on "Strappado"). On top of that an additional rehearsal track from
