Crackin’ new album by these hard working shift workers of DIY punk from Oakland, California. Fresh and timely all in the same package, with plenty of echos of past bands, going all the way back to the 80s (early Leatherface, maybe, with post-punk overtones), combined with a sound that is very much rooted in the now, especially the bright-sparkely studio production. Personally political punk, documented on paper brilliantly in a zine-style lyric booklet, vibrant and vital in 2018.
